to stay in this moment,
to let go of post-mortems of the past
and concerns about the future,
to return to the only reality we know: this very moment,
with all its challenges and all its blessings,
the ever-evolving Eternal Now.
Sometimes we struggle to cast off the burden
of too much thought about what has happened,
what might happen,
and what very well may never happen,
and come back to just this, just now,
Just this breath, and then this breath,
and then this.
Let us take a moment of quiet stillness
To find our way back to now.
May we remember to pause,
May we remember to breathe,
May we remember to find our way back to now,
Each day, each hour, through all
the moments of our lives.
Amen!
