When notions of right and wrong
are scorned and abandoned,
then all rights are wrong,
especially the right to decry wrongs.
When right is wrong and wrong right,
the voice of the prophet may be heard
emerging from the broken places,
shining light on what is wrong,
making space to mourn what is lost,
calling all to act in hope for what is right.
